In Maggie's previous role, she spent nearly 6 years with an executive search firm, where she focused on identifying and recruiting C-level executives across the banking and fintech industries. Additionally, Maggie played a critical role in developing the firm's presence in the Greater Bay Area.
Maggie joined Ambition as the Head of Executive Search, North Asia. She is leading a team of specialised recruiters who focus on sourcing top talent for front office roles in the Hong Kong financial services industry, as well as senior-level management positions throughout the North Asia region.
