Matthew began his recruitment career in the UK back in 2005, partnering with multinationals to attract the best finance & accounting talent into their business. After 7 years in London, Matthew relocated to Asia and spent 5 years in Singapore, focused on mid to senior-level finance search across the SEA region, before relocating to Kuala Lumpur to lead Ambition's Shared Services and Commerce & Industry divisions in Malaysia.
In addition to co-running the Malaysia office, Matthew recruits senior leadership positions within Commerce & Industry, predominantly GM/MD level searches.
Matthew's teams specialise in recruiting Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain & Procurement, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering positions within Commerce & Industry and Shared Services/Global Business Services in Malaysia.
