Having commenced her recruitment career in 2002, Kylie spent the first 17 years of her career working within Accountancy and Finance and managing large teams across multiple disciplines, within a large Multinational organisation.
Kylie joined Ambition as the Director of Melbourne and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Kylie has the responsibility for leading and growing the existing Ambition and AccountAbility Recruitment teams who cover Technology, Accounting & Finance and Banking & Financial Services.
