Siew Yong has an extensive background within the Malaysia recruitment arena. She previously led the professional division for a global executive firm and acted as COO for a mid-sized PLC where she provided services across permanent, contract and Business Process Outsourcing services.
Prior to joining Ambition, Siew Yong also held a senior post within the internal recruitment and HR division for one of the largest MNCs in Malaysia.
She supported many of the fastest growing Commerce businesses where she was responsible for selecting the right leadership team in times of business change, provided fresh ideas to address market challenges, manage business transformation as well as build resilient teams from the ground up. Currently, Siew Yong leads the Commerce division within Ambition Malaysia which includes Technology, Digital, and Banking & Financial Services.
