Lester began his recruitment career in 2007 originally starting as a researcher in an executive search firm covering Financial Services, Retail, and Finance roles in Shanghai.
After three years with Lester's first employer, he moved to an international recruitment firm and since then Lester has focused on recruiting for Financial Services and Commodity industries. In 2011, Lester moved to Singapore to continue his career in Banking and Commodity recruitment.
Lester specialises in recruiting for junior to director levels.
Lester has developed some fantastic relationships over the years and nothing makes him feel prouder than when people go back to him for their next move because of the service Lester has provided to them in the past.
