​My background:

I got into recruitment by complete accident! I went back to college during COVID and completed a higher diploma in Human Resources and Management. One of the modules was recruitment (I had never heard of this before) and I found it so interesting and intriguing. I have worked in a number of industries in both Ireland and Australia.

Moving to Ambition in November 2024, I look after the Banking and Finance space.

Measuring success can be difficult in recruitment. A lot would look at their commission and KPIs, where I prefer to measure it by knowing I have helped candidates in their career whether it be a side move or a step up in their career.

One thing I am very proud of is moving to Australia completely on my own and now establishing friendships that I will have for a very long time.

When I’m not at work I go to the gym, read, head to the beach or socialise with my friends!
