My background:
I began my recruitment career in 2009 in South Africa and made the move to Sydney in 2017, where I’ve continued to specialise in the commercial finance sector. With over a decade of experience recruiting in both South Africa and Australia, I’ve built a strong understanding of the industry and developed an extensive network within the finance space.
I focus on recruiting for permanent finance roles, working with businesses of all sizes – from start-ups and SMEs to large global organisations. What sets me apart is my ability to blend technical knowledge with a strong focus on cultural fit. My approach is direct, transparent, and collaborative – I consider myself a true partner to the companies I work with, always championing their values and objectives.
Much of my success stems from the referrals I receive within my network, which reflects the solid relationships I’ve built over the years.
I oversee Ambition’s Sydney-based permanent and temporary qualified finance team and enjoy coaching and mentoring the next generation of finance recruiters.
