FP&A Analyst

Job description

Well‑established manufacturing business is currently strenghteningh its internal financial systems and as such recruiting for a FP&A Analyst with Epicor FP&A experience to join their team.

This genuine temp to perm opportunity will play a key role in delivering FP&A reporting through Epicor FP&A, supporting budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision‑making across the organisation.Reporting into the Head of Finance, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and insightful FP&A reporting and analysis in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly FP&A reporting using Epicor FP&A
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles
  • Deliver detailed variance analysis with clear commentary
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to provide commercial insights
  • Analyse manufacturing performance including costs, margins and overheads
  • Support ongoing improvements to FP&A processes, systems and reporting
  • Work closely with the broader finance team to ensure reporting alignment


About you:

  • CA/CPA qaulified
  • Proven experience in an FP&A Analyst or similar role
  • Essential: Hands‑on experience with Epicor FP&A
  • Background in manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
  • Advanced Excel capability
  • Able to operate autonomously and add value quickly
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
