Our Ambition & AccountAbility leaders have a special way of showing appreciation to our team members in Sydney and Melbourne every year. A coveted reward called the "Dream Team" is an all-expenses-paid trip to a stunning, sunny location as a token of gratitude for their exceptional efforts.

This year the team travelled to the exotic Oahu in Hawaii. Mandatory activities included boogying every single night, balmy hikes through the mountains, paddle boarding in the clearest of oceans, and eating at The Cheesecake factory at midnight. Living in the moment and embracing superb company; this was a trip to remember!

Our top performers are individuals who consistently exhibit exceptional attitudes and effort levels in striving for personal excellence, regardless of their position. It's evident that achieving greatness in this industry requires a combination of qualities such as diligence, perseverance, inquisitiveness, and a great sense of humor.
