We have a lot of fun, from Friday drinks, to end of month events like laser tag, cake bake-offs and building a positivity wall. Of course, it’s not all fun and games; we work hard to achieve success and we love to celebrate the success of others through our incentive program. Every year our top performers are rewarded with an all-expenses paid trip with this year’s location recently revealed as Fiji. If soaking up the sun with a cocktail in your hand isn’t for you, we also run incentive breakfasts and lunches and offer additional days leave for every year of service. as well as a daily complimentary breakfast. We know it’s the little things that matter too, that’s why we offer you a paid day off for your birthday.
Not only do we care about the job that we are doing, we also care about each other and the community that we live in. Last year we celebrated our 20th anniversary and as part of our ongoing promise to ‘Build Better Futures’ for our candidates, clients and employees, we made a commitment to help 20 charities throughout the year. We raised funds and created awareness for a number of good causes, including Beyond Blue and Guide Dogs Australia amongst others.
