Ambition hosted the first of their 2017 “Women with Ambition” Melbourne events last week – with resounding success!
Renowned for investing in Diversity & Inclusion, Ambition set up a Consulting Services division two year's ago, specifically to support clients with their D&I goals & challenges, whilst also significantly building a network and identifying opportunities for top female talent.
Last week's event is an example of one of the many initiatives myself and the team of ‘Ambition Elite Partners’ include in their campaign to build gender equilibrium within corporate Australia.
Two of these Ambition Elite Partners, Katalin Howell, Director of Flow Leadership and Melissa Lewis, Director of Style Confidante, combined their expertise and shared passion for empowering and developing women, to provide the audience with some insights into how women can build their personal brand and executive presence, communicate and influence with confidence and self‐promote with style and impact.
The event was packed to the rafters, and not surprisingly! Joining the Ambition Group team for a networking event, with fine foods and wines, inspirational guest speakers and some amazing door prizes is not a bad way to end the day!
All attendees will also be receiving a personalised note from our Presenters with some 'top tips' to support their personal development.
