An inspired audience listened to Christopher's logical and practical advice on how to change the DNA of your day, enabling you to start functioning at your very best.
With Christopher's extensive background in organisational psychology and performance coaching, he spoke of the cognitive, emotional and behavioural wellness traits that make up the toolkit required for each of us to be operating at our top level, day after day.
There was a strong focus on being able to identify the elements you can action to achieve; lower stress levels, improve concentration, increase mental alertness and overall levels of happiness.
Christopher is a big believer in tackling and achieving our biggest tasks in the morning. This promotes a positive mindset for the rest of the day, allowing us to build levels of focus. Multitasking is not an option, which his fun/interactive task proved.
