My background:
My career to date has been dedicated to technology recruitment. Initially working in the United Kingdom, I married an Australian and migrated to Melbourne in 1998. I have established and developed high performing teams in both start-up and established businesses. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about recruitment and maintain a ‘hands-on’ approach to engaging with current and emerging technology professionals and building long-term relationships.
I work with businesses in a range of sectors, from ‘scale-up’ technology ventures to global enterprise organisations to identify, engage and secure culturally aligned specialist talent. Through deep industry knowledge and rigorous recruitment processes, I can facilitate the introductions to current and future technology leaders and resources, with key technical expertise to deliver real business outcomes.
My philosophy is to provide an experience to people that is focused on ethical, transparent, fair, and unbiased interactions. I foster ongoing relationships built upon trust and authenticity.
My focus is to lead and grow our Melbourne practice, build relationships with clients, and promote our technical specialist capabilities.
Outside of work I am a motorcyclist, epee sword fence, and keep backyard chooks. I also like to grow my own veggies and consider myself a good cook.
