​​​My background:

I got involved in the world of recruitment in May 2022 after graduating from Edge Hill University with a bachelor's in Marketing and Advertising. Within a few months, I quickly discovered my passion for technology, in particular, cyber security. What drove my passion was a networking event hosted by the Counter Terrorism Police, where their CISO shared insights into how they stay one step ahead of cyber criminals.

After 4 years in the industry, my partner and I decided to make the move to Melbourne, Australia, where I am hoping to continue building on my industry knowledge, forming great connections, and working with talented people.

With Ambition, I'm focused on building out the cyber security, offering to complement the existing tech teams. My goal is to support those actively looking for their next role, as well as helping individuals break into the industry.

I love my job for a very simple reason, connecting the right people at the right time and watching that relationship flourish makes me proud, supporting businesses with their individual requirements is always challenging, and that's what makes my role different and rewarding every day.

Success comes from truly understanding the market I operate in and the people I represent. Taking the time to learn everything there is to know about my clients ensures I am putting the right people together.

In my spare time, I enjoy going for a run, watching rugby, and cooking. I'm yet to decide on an AFL team to support, so any suggestions would be great!
