It's a very happy day of celebrations at Ambition Sydney as Mae Alvar has been promoted to Senior Consultant!
Anyone who has been lucky enough to be a candidate or client of Mae's (We get fan mail regularly so we know there's a lot of you!), knows that she cares.
She cares about you, your life, your family, your career and wants only to take the heavy lifting out of your career search or candidate search. You'll probably have received a box of Krispy Kremes or lunch sent to your house on her. You'll feel lucky to have her in your corner if you're looking for a job.
Apart from the care she gives her candidates and clients, she simply gets the job done.
Mae joined us in September 2021 returning from maternity leave, into a whole new covid world, remotely and working part-time while caring for her son Cal. She's a great example of how you don't need to be chained to your desk in the CBD for a certain number of hours a day to find great solutions for people.
She has full responsibility of her outcomes, she can do it her way, is exceptionally self-motivated to do so (a recruitment leader's dream) and has proven to be very successful!
We look forward to seeing what's next.
