Software Engineering Manager

Seattle based tech business is looking to hire an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 8 offshore developers.

This role will be responsible for supporting one of their core products whilst driving the rebuild of this product using the latest .Net core and react.

On top of people leadership and strategic planning there is approximately 30% hands on development work.

Interested candidates should have the following experience:

Software engineering background - .Net, (VB & C#) .Net core and react.

People leadership or coaching/mentoring responsibilities.

Agile, new ways of working.

This role will grow over time, with responsibility for different teams/products and promotion into a director level position possible.

Client will consider either an established engineering manager or a tech lead who is looking to move into a leadership position.

100% remote working so any location in Australia considered.

$180-$200k package
