Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

Infrastructure and Utilities giant is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manger.

A leading organisation with over $400M in annual turnover is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Reporting, Control & Governance to lead a high-impact finance function. This is a rare opportunity to shape financial governance and operational excellence across multiple teams.

This crucial role will see manage and implement best-in-class finance processes to support a business undergoing rapid and sustained growth.

Duties include

• Oversee Accounts Payable Manager, Payments Team, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations
• End-to-end financial reporting, controls, and governance frameworks
• Financial oversight of Joint Venture (JV) projects, ensuring commercial accuracy
• Enhancement of timesheet costing and blue-collar billing processes
• System and process improvements
• Manage month-end, half-year, and year-end processes, ensuring accurate allocations
• Ensure compliance with taxation, legislative, and governance requirements (GST, tax audits, JV agreements)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for JV partners, external auditors, and stakeholders

About You:

• CA/CPA qaulified
• 7 - 10 years experience in a infrastructure/utilities/JV environment
• Senior finance experience within a $300M -500M+ turnover business
• Strong leadership across operational finance teams
• Proven capability in JV project accounting
• Strong communicator with the ablity to partner with various commercial teams across the business.
