Senior FP&A Manager

Job description

A global organisation is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join on a 5 month contract, supporting FY2027 planning, performance, and commercial decision making across local and international markets.

This is a hands on, business facing role with close exposure to Engineering, Sales, Digital, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilties:

  • Own monthly P&L accuracy, insights and variance analysis
  • Lead forecasting cycles and support FY27 budgeting and planning
  • Partner with local and international stakeholders to explain financial drivers and influence decisions
  • Provide commercial support across pricing, margin analysis and deal modelling
  • Present financial results and insights to senior leadership
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions
  • Support finance transformation, process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
  • Build robust, reusable financial models to enable consistent decision-making
  • Contribute to ad‑hoc analysis and special projects for the FP&A leadership team

Skills:

  • 7+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business planning
  • Proven experience in complex, fast‑paced environments
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling capability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with non‑finance teams
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive), ERP/BI systems or data analytics is advantageous
  • Ability to work confidently with both local and global stakeholders
