Middle Office Manager

We're looking for a Middle Office Manager who can lead a global team, ensure flawless execution, and drive continuous improvement across our processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and inspire a global middle office team, setting clear goals and building a culture of accountability.

· Take charge of the full trade lifecycle, ensuring trades are captured accurately and settled on time across fixed income, FX, derivatives, and other instruments.

· Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and administrators to resolve any breaks or settlement issues quickly.

· Manage corporate actions and income events, ensuring they are processed correctly and on schedule.

· Oversee daily and periodic reconciliations for positions, cash, P&L, and NAV, investigating discrepancies and implementing fixes.

· Maintain clean and accurate data across portfolio and risk systems, including pricing and reference data.

· Work closely with technology and data teams to automate processes and improve workflow efficiency.

· Produce timely and accurate reporting for regulators, clients, and internal stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational performance and service provider quality.

· Implement and maintain a strong control framework, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.

· Identify operational risks, propose solutions, and track remediation through to completion.

· Support audits, regulatory reviews, and investor due diligence with robust documentation.

· Keep business continuity plans current and effective for all middle office functions.

· Drive projects that streamline operations, reduce manual work, and strengthen controls.

· Play a key role in new product launches, mandate onboarding, and system upgrades.

· Continuously challenge existing processes and champion best practices across the operating model.



About You

· 7+ years in middle office or investment operations within asset management, hedge funds, or securities services.

· Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role with proven people management experience.

· Strong knowledge of fixed income, FX, and derivatives; familiarity with other asset classes is a plus.

· Experience with portfolio management systems (Bloomberg or similar) and data tools (Excel, SQL, BI).

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
