Management Accountant

Job description

A local manufacturer part of a US - listed group is looking for a Finance & Management accountant with US reporting experience to join their team.

Working closing with the Finance Manager you will assist the US team in providing information for the US operation about the financial implication of the business to aid in the growth and support of the Australia business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing with US reporting experience.

Duties include:

  • Prepare statutory returns as required by US
  • Preparation of budgets for USA operations liaising with Heads of US Operations
  • Ensure all suppliers invoices are processed and paid on time
  • Monitor debtor collections for Major US accounts
  • Ensure all suppliers invoices are processed and paid on time
  • Reconcile 3PL stock with SAP
  • Preform products / costs/ margin analysis by channel and provide recommendation on reporting
  • Liaise with local Sales & Marketing teams to provide the US with updated information
  • Work with demand planning manager to validate stock planning for US market

Skills:

  • CPA/CA qualified
  • Experience working on SAP / B1
  • 3 - 5 years extensive experience in a manufacturing environment
