Investment Operations Associate

Join a dynamic investment operations team supporting portfolio managers and the advisory function in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers exposure to a wide range of investment and fund operations activities, with a focus on performance reporting, transaction support, and middle office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing tailored investment reporting and advisory materials for institutional clients, including superannuation and pension funds.
• Support the maintenance and reconciliation of performance models and investment records.
• Monitor and review unit pricing and fund performance data, ensuring accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Facilitate the settlement and operational support of direct alternative investment transactions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, custodians, and external service providers to ensure smooth operational execution.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong academic background; distinction average preferred.
• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund management, custody, or superannuation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines in a high-performance environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
