This is a senior, high-impact position for a credit professional with proven ability to originate and structure transactions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute direct investments across real estate debt and equity.
• Focus on project finance, commercial property, and land transactions (typical deal size: $25-75m).
• Own underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and investor engagement.
• Partner with the Managing Director to drive deal flow and strengthen investor relationships.
• Mentor and oversee analysts throughout origination and execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong credit background (private debt, property finance, structured finance, or investment banking).
• Demonstrated origination capability - able to convert relationships into transactions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and rigor in underwriting and documentation.
• Hands-on operator, comfortable with valuations, numbers, and deal mechanics.
• Commercial instincts around risk and return in property transactions.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and thrives in a non-corporate, entrepreneurial environment.
• Leadership skills to guide analysts and contribute strategically.
