Group Reporting Manager

Great opportunity for a first mover from the Big 4 to join an established global business.

With offices in the US and Europe the company is going from strength to strength. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for all group reporting for the group.

This stand-alone role is the ideal opportunity for a Chartered Accountant moving into a commercial environment.

Duties include:

  • Drafting financial statements
  • Group consolidations
  • Liase with external tax advisors
  • Developing and maintaining robust financial controls
  • Half yearly and yearly statutory reporting including partnering closely with other finance teams and the external auditors
  • Preparation of Board packs
  • Assist with the budgeting process

Skills:

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Strong knowledge of current accounting standards
  • Experience in drafting financial statements
  • Consolidation experience
  • Chartered Accountant with experience in auditing with a first or second firm
  • Ability to look beyond the numbers and understand key trends
  • Understanding of ASIC reporting, share register maintenance and tax compliance
