Financial Analyst

Specialist in resource recovery and waste management is recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join their team.

Operating nationally the company is passionate about eliminating waste and offer an accessible rewards program to communities. Due to continuous growth the company is now looking to hire a Financial Analyst to assist in detailed analysis.

The succesful candidate will have advanced Excel skills with the ability to work through massive sets of data to provide detailed analysis and actionable insights. This newly created role will see you working closely with the Senior Finacnial Analyst and Head of FInance on a daily basis in helping them identify key trends.

Duties inlcude:

  • Proving detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
  • Planning and monitoring
  • Financial Modelling
  • Variance analysis and pricing
  • Ad-how projects and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field like Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Commerce;
  • Strong Excel skills;
  • A minimum of three years experience in professional services or commerc
  • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Data Cleansing, Manipulation and Management;
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills with the ability to translate complex business cases into solutions.
