Join a global, care-focused clinic network as Finance Manager for Australia - a fully remote role with visibility across operations and SLT.
As the organisation continues to grow, we're looking for a Finance Manager, Australia who is confident taking ownership of the core finance function and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial reporting. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well with different stakeholders, and takes pride in producing reliable, well-supported financial outcomes.
You'll be responsible for managing the month-end process end-to-end, maintaining strong controls, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. Alongside this, you'll prepare clear reports and performance analysis that help leaders understand results and support day-to-day operational decision-making.
The role requires solid technical accounting capabilities, combined with the ability to explain financial outcomes clearly and work collaboratively with teams across the business. You'll also support the integration of new entities as the group expands, helping ensure consistency of processes, systems and reporting across the Australian operations.
Duties include:
- Month-end ownership - managing P&L
- Preparing monthly performance insights, variance analysis and KPI dashboards for SLT and operational teams.
- Statutory compliance ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Overseeing BAS, FBT and related tax compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Identifying trends, unpacking business drivers and providing actionable recommendations.
- Working closely with Operations, SLT and cross-functional leaders to support decision-making and improve financial outcomes.
- Assisting with onboarding financial processes, systems and reporting for newly entities.
- Continuous improvement - driving efficiency, process optimisation and reporting enhancements
About you:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Trained in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, with strong technical foundations
- Minimum 4+ years commercial experience post professional services training
- Confident partnering with non-finance stakeholders and SLT
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI highly regarded)
- Exposure to multi-entity environments, acquisitions or integrations a plus
