Finance Business Partner

Job description

National leader in infrastructure maintenance and facilities management services is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner.

Reporting the Head of Finance, this integral role in the leadership team will manage a small transactional team and take ownership of financial processes and operational finance data.

Candidates with experience in end-to-end financial function with experience in system process improvements would be highly regarded. For immediate start.

About the role

You will be looking after the following responsibilities:

  • Executing month-end/half year end and year end processes
  • Cost and revenue allocations
  • Financial reporting including budgeting and forecasting, analysis, P&L, cashflow management and balance sheet
  • Operational analysis to meet contract, project, and reporting requirements
  • Provide coaching and guidance to finance team members on finance processes
  • Timesheet management and labour & cost planning capturing costs
  • Purchase to pay process management

About you

  • ECA/CPA qualified
  • Experience in having worked for a busienss with an annual turnover of about $100m - $150million
  • Experience in managing a team essential
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of systems process improvements
  • Experience in Joint Ventures/Infrastructure and related services will be beneficial
  • Jobpac, Power BI, TM1 experience highly regarded
