Finance Manager

This role will see you manage two junior property accountants and be responsible for the monthly management reports, variance analysis, balance sheet recons as well as driving the annual budgeting process.

Duties include:

• Monthly analysis reviews including commentary on all properties.
• Provide variance analysis on net operating income to budget & forecast.
• Review and ensure all capex works are reported accordingly
  Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by the property and finance teams
  Reviewing and certifying monthly operating account balance sheet & bank
• Manage property accounting team.

Skills:

• CA/CPA qualified essential.
• Only candidates with experience in the property industry will be considered for this role.
• Managerial experience essential.
• Strong business partner skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced excel skills with the ability to work with large sets of data.
