Finance Business Partner - ANZ

Working closely with senior leaders in Sales, Operations, and Marketing, you will influence key outcomes through P&L management, budgeting, sales performance analysis, and EBITDA reporting. This is a high-impact role focused on scenario planning, investment decisions, and driving growth in a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial inputs for annual budgets and strategic planning across ANZ.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and ensure timely submissions.
  • Manage P&L and support month-end processes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver management reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Build and automate dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Tableau, making insights visible and actionable for business leaders.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide analysis, financial leadership, and business case support for growth initiatives.
  • Analyse large volumes of customer data to generate insights and drive performance.
  • Prepare and maintain sales incentive calculations in line with approved plans.

About You

  • CA/CPA qualifiied
  • Commercially and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills in a product based environment.
  • A proactive driver and doer, comfortable working with multiple business unit heads.
  • Experienced in business partnering with a track record of influencing outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with confidence handling large datasets.
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates who have worked on SAP.
