Finance Business Partner

National listed services company growing exponentially by acquisitions is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in the end-to-end accounting function who is looking to move beyond a traditional accounting role into a more commercial, business facing role. This role will see you reporting into the Senior Finance Manager and work closely with GM's for two business units - with a combined turnover of $30 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and compliance
• Prepare financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making
• Partner with operational leaders to review performance and project profitability
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure tax compliance and assist with audit and statutory reporting
• Contribute to system integration and process improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• CA/CPA qualified with 4+ years' experience in financial accounting
• Strong understanding of Australian tax requirements
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment
• Experience with systems such as NetSuite, Xero, and Microsoft 365
