Our client is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This critical leadership role will have a key focus on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and streamlining the invoicing process. You will oversee a team of two management accountants and support the business with performance analytics and crucial decisions based on key metrics.

Duties include:

  • Revenue invoice processing
  • Provide advice on financial performance
  • Lead and manage a team of two management accountants
  • Debt managements
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare specialised report and present to management and board
  • Develop dashboards in line with corporate KPI's
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Support operations to develop budgets and financial plans
  • Develop finance training programs and materials for operations and support fuctnions
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities

Skills:

  • CA/CPA/Relevant accounting degree
  • A minimum of one year supervisory experience
  • Preference will be give to candidates from a NFP background (preferably disability services)
  • Experience on Sage, Saleforce or Navision will be highly regarded.
