Global pharmaceutical company recruiting for a Finance Business Lead to join their team.

With a presence in more than 50 countries the company boast with an annual turnover of $50 million and ambitious growth targets.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will form part of the core finance team overseeing commercial drivers for the business.

Duties include:

  • Business Partner with key decision makers to drive commercial insights into the company's strategic performance.
  • Redesign and build financial models to manage sales and gross profit estimations and inventory obsolescence
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and commercial commentary on various product lines
  • Identify opportunities to leverage current technology better
  • Reporting and analysis of weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting
  • Redesign and build financial models to manage sales and gross profit estimations and inventory obsolescence
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and commercial commentary on various product lines

  • Track and report performance against business case KPI's and milestones using financial and non-financial measures

This is a business facing role that will interact with the local team and overseas subsidiaries. Candidates with a strong analytical background and experience in partnering with senior stakeholders are urged to apply.

Skills:

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a hands-on commercial finance role
  • Preference will be given to candidates from a pharmaceutical/FMCG environment
  • SAP or Oracle experience
  • Proven experience in driving process improvements
