This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company. Reporting to a highly experienced Commercial Finance Manager, you will support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, as well as longer-term strategic and financial planning. You will also work closely with the CFO and global business leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of forecasting and budget vs actuals measured in percentage variance to forecast
• Tracking the relevant financial and non-financial KPI's for the wider team
• Support the implementation of FP&A insights for strategic decision making within the organization
• Business Case development on investments and assist with modelling
• Providing the right information and identifying insights to support financial and operational decisions making
• Improvement of the financial processes enhancing accuracy and optimizing budget processes
• Become SME - maintaining a balance between Sales and Finance priorities
• Process improvement projects.
• Trusted advisor with stakeholders - work closely with the CFO, Commercial Manager and President of International market

Skills:

• CA/CPA qualified essential
• Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting and using ERP systems and modern data tools
• Exposure to Data visualization tools like Power BI/TM1
• Experience in business case development
• Strong communication skills
