Client Services Associate
Purpose
This role supports the client services team in all aspects of client interactions and operations, including client communications, investor onboarding, KYC processes, application management, capital calls, unit register administration, interest payment processing, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Onboarding:

• Coordinate with clients and distribution team members.
• Process onboarding forms.
• Conduct KYC checks in compliance with AML/CTF policies.

Internal Application Processing:

• Create investor applications.
• Email applications to investors.
• Process completed applications.
• Address application-related queries from clients and the distribution team.
• Follow up on outstanding applications within timelines.

Unit Register Administration:

• Match incoming funds with applications and issue unit certificates.
• Process redemption requests.
• Review interest payment calculations.
• Perform month-end reconciliations.

Other Duties:

• Maintain and update the CRM database.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• A degree (completed or near completion) in finance or business is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective communication skills.
• Interest in financial markets and commercial real estate.
• Proactive approach, multitasking ability, and strong attention to detail.
