I am a part of the Corporate Services team, working as a Team Assistant.
I support both Melbourne and Sydney consultants with all admin tasks such as formatting CV’s, creating engagement letters, ordering candidate background checks, checking placement compliance, approving placements and change requests and setting contractors up on the payroll portal. I also assist with reporting and employment verification for the payroll team on a weekly basis. I assist our Operations Manager with the setup of payroll services contractors and the onboarding process.
My favourite part of my job is the work-life balance; having flexibility at work. I love the company culture - being treated well regardless of job title. That motivates me to put forth an intense effort.
Outside of work I like to go travelling and shopping.
