We were lucky enough to welcome Sandra Arps, Agile PMO & Agile Transformation Consultant back to Ambition last Thursday to host another successful PMO event.
The focus of her presentation was to provide a step-by-step guide for evaluating and implementing a new PPM tool. This type of project can often be a minefield with many custom built tools or ERP systems with add on’s available. It is therefore essential to ensure the tool you pick is fit for purpose and that you have considered all the implications. Sandra’s presentation is very informative and highlights the key stages and considerations to ensure you approach and complete this project with a high degree of success.
A big thank you to Sandra and all attendees who ensured we had some lively debates. Many positive and negative experiences were shared which enabled those about to embark on such a project a level of comfort and an idea of some pitfalls to avoid.
