Workforce Analyst

Job description

In this business-critical role, the successful Workforce Analyst will drive workforce planning activities supporting the delivery of multiple large-scale program initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Data gathering / reporting cadence across projects, and development/selection of toolsets required
  • Managing and highlighting resource contention; calling out recommended solutions
  • Allocating the right resources to the right roles
  • Managing multiple priorities and demand coming from the criticality of resourcing immediate project needs
  • Conducting management reporting via a visualisation tool (PowerBI)


Success in this role can be defined by the following requirements:

  • Demonstrated IT project delivery experience across the SDLC
  • Demonstrated understanding of demand planning and resourcing requirements
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel knowledge, with Power BI, Project Server or a Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tool
  • Experienced in creating and maintaining business relationships and interface effectively at all levels
