Technical Support Analyst

Job description

My client is one of Australia's largest utilitiy providers and they are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to come on board and support their Sharepoint transformation.

The aim of this role is to provide level 3 support to over 600 employee's in the company. This will be focused on the application support itself such as coniguration, managing private and public channels, managing the server request backlog.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to quickly and effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Support BAU with maintenance and development of the system.
  • develop and improve existing workflows

Key skills & experience:

  • Previous application support role that was focused on Microsoft Sharepoint.
  • Experience with Office365, Microsoft apps and sharepoint online.
  • Experience with Nintex workflows
