Technical Analyst

Our client, a leading Insurer, is looking to hire a Technical Analyst to act as a conduit between business and technical stakeholders (Underwriters, Actuarial, Product Owners, Data Scientist) of a business-critical digital underwriter application.
This role will be responsible for developing strong relationships across the stakeholders, understand technical issues/incidents and escalate to the correct technical resources whilst project managing the problem to a successful conclusion.
This role will also work with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for future enhancements and changes to the policy system.
Suitable candidates may have an insurance background with an interest in IT or a technical application support analyst who has some business analysis or project management experience.
