I am partnering with an established business in Sydney in looking for their next Tax Accountant.

They have been in the market for more than 50 years and continually growing. With a multibillion dollar turnover, you will be exposed to different facets of taxation where you can apply your expertise but also learn new things.

This opportunity will suit candidates who are immediately available or with short notice.

They are also open to considering candidates with limited tax experience who are eager and willing to learn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be looking after the following:

• The preparation of income tax compliance
• FBT, GST, Transfer pricing, deferred tax and tax effect accounting
• Liaisign with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation of tax reporting packs for management
• Assisting in tax planning and audit
• Participating in projects related to taxation
• Reviewing and improving existing tax processes

ABOUT YOU

• CA or CPA Qualification or nearing completion with at least 2 years commercial experience
• Previous experience in tax function in a large organization highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Previous exposure with OneSource is highly regarded
• Strong communication and stakeholders management skills

ABOUT THE BENEFITS

• With WFH flexibility, 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home
• $110,000 to $140,000 + super, based on experience
