System Analyst

Are you a System Analyst with deep technical know-how in the Rostering and Time & Attendance space? If so, keep reading!

My client are an education services provider that are about to embark on a greenfield Rostering and Time & Attendance transformation. Currently, they are experiencing inefficiencies across their rostering capability and are looking for a System Analyst to come on board as an SME to dive deep into the systems capabilities and provide insights and recomendations to where the business can be using the system more efficiently.

The System Analyst will work with the GM of the business unit, and other business leaders to establish a current state map of the system and how the business is currently using it. Over the next 6-12 months, the System Analyst will be required to develop a TO-BE state and implement these changes across the business.

The System Analyst will also work closely with the Data & Business Intelligence team to ensure that data integration and governance is where it needs to be.

Skills and experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a System/Business Analyst, driving process improvements across people and technology.
  • Experience with the Workforce Management system HumanForce is highly regarded. Experience with similar systems such as Kronos is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with a range of different stakeholders and articulate technical requirements back to the business.
