Supply Chain Finance Manager - FMCG

Exciting opportunity to join a global listed company within the FMCG space in Sydney. As Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, cost accounting, analysis and supporting the business in strategic decisions.

This key role within the supply chain manufacturing finance team offers the successful candidate the opportunity to add value every day to local and global colleagues in this growing market leading company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong stakeholder management looking to lead a small team collaborating across the whole finance function!

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting
  • Ensuring accurate, timely reporting and analysis for month end as well as analysing costs and expenses
  • Managing inventory by monitory levels, analysing costs and advising on inventory optimisation.
  • Drive process improvements using excel and other data automation tools
  • Manage relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders, providing recommendations through data driven insights
  • Develop and maintain KPI's for site operations
  • Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing costs and profitability
  • Develop financial models to support in operational decision making

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CA,CPA,ACCA or CIMA)
  • Strong stakeholders and people management experience
  • Previous experience in a commercial finance position within Medical Devices/Pharma/FMCG
  • Experience using SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Anaplan or TM1 would be an advantage.
