Service Desk Analyst - required ASAP!

On-site working in Sydney CBD

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

A global Law Firm are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Sydney CBD. The Service Desk Analyst will be working alongside a team of 6 people in Sydney, supporting 700+ end users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-site support to end users across hardware, software and other devices
  • Respond to support issues raised through first line calls, tickets and face to face queries
  • Equipment set up such as PC's, laptops, mobiles and conference room equipment
  • Communicate to various internal stakeholders
  • Adhere to processes and documentation requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service experience is essential
  • 2+ years experience within Help Desk / Service Desk support
  • Able to use O365, Active Directory, Intune
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and some software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
