Service Delivery Coordinator

Job description

Our client is looking for a Technology Service Delivery Specialist to support multiple customer sites mainly in Victoria with some interstate travel envisaged.

The role will play a key part in ensuring commercial and operational service levels from vendors and partners are met and customers have a high-quality service.

Responsibilities will include stakeholder management, service performance management, process improvement, escalation and resolution of issues, vendor management & governance, project management.

This opportunity offers a hybrid working model of 4 days per week WFH with up to 1-2 days in the office per week. The office is located in the Melbourne CBD.

Interested candidates should have at least 3 years in an IT service delivery role, broad ICT knowledge and ideally knowledge of aged care.
