Senior Treasury Accountant

Exciting opportunity to join a market leading ASX listed company within the Infrastructure space.

As a Senior Treasury Accountant, you will be a key player within the treasury function collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on treasury matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate treasury and exposure to hedging, valuations and treasury reporting.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Processing loan payments incorporating revaluation, payment uploads, authorization and releases as well as internal and investor approval processes.
• Processing of Treasury transactions of group including:interest and principal payments for debt facilities, business unit funding, rate resetting, distributions, FX currency amounts for AP and CAPEX projects, FX travel allowance and bank cheques.
• Maintain daily cashflow communicating with treasury front office
• Assist in relevant GL reconciliations and with prep of month end tasks
• Maintain bank guarantee register and comply with risk management, hedge accounting and other finance policies.

Some Key Requirements:

• CPA, CA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
• Treasury Accounting experience is essential - either directly from industry or Big 4
• Enthusiastic self-starter with strong communication skills
• Exposure to heading, valuations, and treasury reporting
