Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with strong experience in MRI software and the systems that integrate with it. This role involves supporting and enhancing enterprise applications, managing data flows, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document system processes related to MRI and its connected platforms
• Support and maintain MRI and integrated applications, ensuring performance and stability
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries and reports
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Use JIRA to manage tasks, issues, and project workflows
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of MRI software and its integration points
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with enterprise applications and system support
• Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
