Senior Risk Analyst

Role -

A great career opportunity exists for a dedicated and conscientious Senior Analyst to join collaborative Risk team. Working in a small team responsible for all areas of risk including credit risk, portfolio analysis and operational risk, you will have an opportunity to recommend and influence the implementation of tailored solutions across all areas of the company. You will champion stakeholder engagement through your direct exposure to senior managers and be able to participate in decision making and contribute to strategic direction.

What you will bring to the team

Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:

• 4-5+ years of expereince as risk analyst
• Financial Services experience in industry (desirable)
• Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (desirable)
• Strong understanding and experience within financial services industry and current and proposed financial services regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Experience working on projects to deliver key business outcome.
• Previous experience in operating in a 3LOD environment would be highly desirable.
• Data analytics skills and experience in the use of reporting software
• Experience in business and management reporting
• Track record of driving efficient and effective operational processes.
