Senior Project Manager

Opportunity

I have a Senior Project Manager opportunity working for a well respected members-based organisation in central Sydney.

Based in the IT team, you will deliver from end to end two business critical projects concurrently, working closely with the exec team.

This is a hands-on delivery role, with an emphasis on business engagement and readiness - you will equal parts Project Manager with Change Manager.

A key focus is improving data governance and system, partnering with the business and vendors to run discovery, deliver a pilot, and embed change. You'll also lead vendor engagement and RFP/procurement, with an eye on integration impacts in a bespoke CRM environment.

About you

• Experience in lean and hands-on environment - you'll be able to wear different hats depending on the situation
• Strong change management skills (adoption, resistance, stakeholder buy-in)
• Solid vendor management incl. RFP / selection / procurement
• Comfortable discussing systems + integrations with vendors
• Experience in health and/or education (member-based org exposure ideal)
• Full working rights in Australia, PR or citizenship (sponsorship is not available)>
