My client, the Victorian Ombudsman, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior People & Culture Business partner to join this this close-knit team. You will report directly to the Director of People & Culture partner and assist in supporting the VO's P&C agenda and key deliverables.

The Victorian Ombudsman's purpose is to ensure fairness for Victorians in their dealings with the public sector, to improve public administration and, the engagement within both the government sector and the broader community.

You will be an 'HR all-rounder,' who is proactive and believes in doing rather than saying. You must have at least 2-3 years' experience using SAP SuccessFactors (or equivalent of a modern HR system). Being able to juggle multiple priorities comes naturally to you. You are curious and love to share your learnings and knowledge for the betterment of the team. Your day-to-day with involve partnering with a wide range of people across the organisation to provide support and advice in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, talent management, performance, learning & development, OH&S, remuneration, organisational development, HR reporting and ad-hoc project work. You will manage and administer SAP SuccessFactors and develop HR policies guidelines and procedures to support P&C-related best practices.
