This role is all about supporting the Senior P&C Business Partners who work across a large, complex workforce. You'll be the go‑to person for the corporate team based in North Sydney, helping them stay organised, informed and able to deliver high‑quality people outcomes.

About the Role

In this role, you'll provide hands‑on support across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on organisation, communication and quality execution. You'll work closely with the Senior Business Partners, supporting key activities such as:

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing day‑to‑day support to the corporate stakeholders
  • Preparing documentation, reports and communications
  • Assisting with performance review cycles, development plans and talent processes
  • Coordinating meetings, scheduling activities and managing follow‑ups
  • Helping facilitate employee engagement and change initiatives
  • Supporting HRIS updates, compliance requirements and data accuracy
  • Assisting with ER/IR administration, policy updates and investigation logistics
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • Organised, proactive and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Confident working with both senior leaders and corporate teams
  • Experienced in HR coordination, HR administration or P&C support
  • A clear communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating complex environments and competing priorities

Experience in a unionised or industrial environment is highly regarded, but not essential if you bring the right mix of resilience and calm professionalism.
