Senior Manager, HRIS

Job description

My client is a well known brand within the 'for-purpose' space here in Melbourne. Over the past couple of years, they have implemented a full suite SuccessFactors solution including EC, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goals, Learning Management and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). They also have UKG Workforce Dimensions.

In this role, you will lead the BAU HRIS team covering the above technical specialties, whilst leading key upcoming projects like migrating to UKG Pro, implementation of new modules, integration layer transformation and optimising current business processes around HR and payroll.

Key skills & experience:

  • Leadership experience within a medium or large sized business where you have overseen a Payroll and/ or HRIS function
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS processes and procedures. We are looking for someone who knows how to 'look under the hood' of SuccessFactors and guide the team on technical decisions to improve the platform.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Awards, EBA's & Legislation. This organisation has 9 EBA's that need interpreting and configured into the system.
  • Experience in dealing with a range of senior stakeholder groups.
  • The ability to drive change management practices to ensure a high level of user engagement.
